The impact of a global community

If something is happening please DONT stay quiet thats the least thing you should do. Your not alone even if it does feel like that reach out to someone tell them whats been going on. Last thing YOU ARE STRONG.

You deserve to have someone you can feel comfortable telling your story to, someone who makes you feel safe enough to do so. You deserve to be heard and have someone on your side. You deserve to not feel alone.

To anyone who's gone through something like this, or just something traumatizing in general: I promise you're not alone, and no matter what you'll find someone who will listen and hold your hand through all the pain you feel.

It wasn't you fault, you done nothing wrong, no means no, you're a survivor, a warrior and you're going to get through it💖

I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm so glad you’re who you are. This is not your fault. Whatever reaction you are having is normal, and I love you. You are loved.

I was gaslighted to believe I wasn't worthy of anything better that him. Well I can tell you now, I know that was completely wrong!!!! I AM WORTHY!! I have found that peace and not walking on eggshells and in fear everyday IS HOPE.

Healing is possible for everyone. You might not forget, but you can still live a life worth living, a life that you love.

I believe that one day, the world will wake up to survivors and will allow us to feel heard and respected. Rape will not be tolerated. We will create a culture where survivors can easily report, without fear, and feel supported.

Healing is the pocket of light. Keep healing and your light continues to shine brighter.
