Jessica Cary is a licensed mental health counselor, researcher, educator, and survivor of intimate partner violence. She is the founder of Sacred Pathways Counseling and Beyond Brazen, Inc., a nonprofit supporting survivors of intimate partner violence, and serves as the sole trauma therapist for crime victims in her county. Jessica is also the co-developer of the Integrative Healing Model for Intimate Partner Violence (IHM-IPV), an evidence-informed framework that explores the social, developmental, and relational pathways to abuse and healing. She provides consultation and training to clinicians, organizations, and community partners and is a published author in the Journal of Family Violence. She is passionate about bridging lived experience with clinical practice, research, and advocacy, recognizing the power of connection in survivors' healing.
